As you may or may not know, I’m currently an intern at Celebration Church. Most of the time, I just call it an internship, but it is formally called EDJ (pronounced edge) which stands for Every Day Jesus.
More or less, the internship is a two-year leadership program. It is designed to prepare and equip you for a life in ministry. You could call it a blend of real-world, practical ministry experience and a seminary-type education.
For more details you can visit the website at http://www.edjcollege.com.
Anyway, the reason I’m explaining this is because I’m about to graduate EDJ and a lot of my posts until graduation (two months) will relate to my experiences in EDJ.
In my next post, I’ll explain how I willingly decided to go from a computer programmer to a full-time intern without pay. Come on Jesus.
